Welcome to CATCORNER.ORG, our furry corner of the web!

Guess it's time to do an update. I haven't changed this in several years. We now have Dreidel and Caesar.

We adopted Dreidel in 2003 from a friend that was moving. Dreidel is around 19 years old right now, and is the most lively cat I've ever seen at this age (although you can't tell from some of the pictures). Her birthday is November 7, 1986 (we think!)

Here she is - Dreidel:

We now also have Caesar. Caesar blew in after a bad thunder storm in May 2005. We woke up the morning after the storm to bright clear skies, and a skittish gray and white kitty in the back yard. We just ignored him for the first few days, but after a while he was still there and looking hungrier and more frightened. We started feeding him. Then one night after putting out some food for him, my wife noticed a fox racing him to the supper plate. That was it. We trapped him the next day. He went to animal control for a few days while we went door to door and hung posters looking for his real human companion. At the end of the 10 day stay they give you in New Jersey we had a choice of trying to adopt him or having him put down. So, I packed him up and schlepped him to the vets. He was clean and healthy. No mites, no fleas, no parasites, and already neutered. FIV and FeLuke negative too. So, here he is (the vet guesses he is around 4 to 6 years old):

By the way, his tongue is usually sticking out a little bit all the time. Click here for more pictures of Caesar.

And here are the two of them in a rare moment of blissfull sleep. Usually, little (7 pounds) old Dreidel is whacking Caesar (12+ pounds) on the head every chance she gets.

Oh, and here are links to the pictures from the wedding we went to in Orlando Weed 1, and of course Weed 2
